Grapes are a powerful antioxidant. Grapes act as a diuretic (reduce water retention). Interestingly, grape seeds are also of nutritional benefit. They are one of the richest sources of plant flavonoids (these act as antioxidants). Fresh Grapes are literally the stuff of legend.
